“A massed design with symmetrical balance in the form of a cross viewed frontally. The strong central upper vertical should be approximately 1.5 to 2 times the height of the container. The lower vertical approximately one third of the height of the upper vertical and the horizontal line across the rim of the container is approximately two thirds the height of the upper vertical.”
