the back carpark of the Soldiers Club

7.30am – 8.00am Set up – staging for exhibits
8.00am – 10.00am Open for staging exhibits Classes 1-10
10.00am – 11.00am Open for the Public. Registrations, Morning Tea and Judging
11.15am – 11.30am Welcome to Country and welcome by the NSWFAA President
11.30am – 12.15pm Demonstration by Gwen Hartley Exploring Tatami designs
12:30pm – 1:30pm Lunch
1.30pm – 2.00pm Judges Comments and analysing of exhibits/photography
2.00pm – 3.30pm Demonstration by Gayle Robinson – Orchid Elegance
4.00pm – 5.00pm NSWFAA General Meeting
6.00pm Friendship Dinner to be held in the Soldiers Club.
SUNDAY 15TH NOVEMBER
8.00am Access Registrations and Morning Tea
10.30am – 12.30pm Tatami armature workshop
1.00pm Close of Weekend and the dismantling of exhibits

Horticultural material must predominate in all exhibits
Designs may be brought in ready for staging.
This is a two day event – exhibits to remain on the show bench until 12.30 pm on Sunday 15th
November 2026, and may not be removed without the agreement of the Show Secretary.
Note: A design should use approximately two-thirds of its allotted space.
All exhibits judged under the guidelines of the AFAA Manual.
