Whether you are an experienced floral artist or simply someone who appreciates the beauty of a well-crafted arrangement, this is an event not to be missed.

• Stunning Competition Entries: Walk through rows of breathtaking floral art designs. These wonderful creations will be judged during the event, showcasing the very best in regional talent.
• Live Demonstrations: Watch and learn as skilled floral artists demonstrate their techniques, offering tips and inspiration for your own arrangements.
• Raffles: Join in the fun with our event raffle and much more.

2.00pm Setting-up of the Recreation Centre and the staging of exhibits

10.45am – 11.00am Opening, Welcome to Country

2.30pm – 4.00pm Gloucester Creatives – Corner of Church and Phillip Street
A Creative Workshop for all – ‘Typha & Textures’

All products for the workshop will be provided – please
bring your basic work kit and pin holder’s (kenzans) for
stripping the typha.
4.15pm – 5.15 pm Visit to Shirley Hazel’s Garden

6.30pm for 7.00pm Friendship Dinner

Class 2 Rainforest Canopy
Class 3 Mosaic/s to Delight – Staged on a supplied wooden easel
It may be Round/Square/Oblong. Designers Choice within the space allowed 50cm x 50cm
Class 4 Wintery Winds – A Petite Design of any style with parameters of over 10cm and less
than 23cm. All components, container and plant material must be in scale to one
another. Staged on supplied wooden staging 23cm x 23cm x 23cm painted grey
Intermediate
Class 5 Two’s Company
Class 6 Garden Greens
Novice
Class 7 Dried and Tied
Class 8 Botanical Treasures
Black material covering the bench.
Bench space is 70cm. For Classes 1 ,2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8.
Horticultural material must predominate.
All exhibits judged from both front and sides.
Designs may be brought in ready for staging.
This is a two day event – exhibits to remain on the show bench until 11.30 am
on Sunday 2 August and may not be removed without the agreement of the committee.
All exhibits judged under the guidelines of the AFAA Manual.
PETITE **** Definition: A design of any style with the parameters of over 10cm and less than 23cm.
